This event will be taking place in the gymnasium, plaza, aquatics center, and climbing wall. There will be no registered programming on this day.

    Schedule your workout in your personal calendar. Commit to wellness by "scheduling" time for working out. Make it a priority.
  • Measure Your Health

    The normal resting heart beats 60-80 beats per minute. As your heart gets stronger, through exercise, your resting heart will slowly lower.
  • Think small steps!

    Instead of a long workout, break it up! Ten minutes here and there are easy to fit into a busy schedule.
  • Check your bags, not your goals.

    Take your gym clothes on your next trip and take advantage of hotel gyms and swimming pools!
  • Tired of doing the physical same activities?

    Try to engage in a variety of activities to address different of fitness: cardio, strength and flexibility training.
  • Be active together!

    Encourage others to join you and plan one special physical activity event, like a bike ride or hiking, with a group each week.
