The Y is America’s swim instructor. More than 100 years ago, the Y created the concept of group swim lessons, and to this day, it has taught millions invaluable water safety and swimming skills every year.

Open and Lap Swim
Open and lap swim provide individuals with the opportunity to swim laps, exercise, or simply relax in the water. Our pools are staffed by trained lifeguards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Swim Lessons
At the Y, swimming is a life skill. Our swim lessons prepare kids and adults of all ages to stay safe and have fun in the water, building strong and confident swimmers.

Swim Team
Our swim team provides a competitive environment for individuals to improve their swimming skills and participate in aquatic events. Our team is open to individuals of all skill levels and provides a supportive and encouraging environment for personal growth and development.

Water Exercise
Our water fitness classes are a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, and balance. From low impact to high intensity, join us in the pool for a fun and engaging workout!

Water Safety
Our water safety program is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to stay safe in and around water. Our classes are taught by trained instructors and cover topics such as drowning prevention, water safety tips and CPR. We also offer the opportunity to become CPR and Lifeguard certified.
Our programs are open to individuals of all ages, from infants to seniors.
