The Y on the Fly program runs as a mobile unit serving youth from under-resourced communities in our community.
The Center for Community Impact's demonstrated effective programs support individuals, adults and youth, as well as families through partnerships and collaborations to build community through a sense of belonging and fostering relationships.
The Center for Community Impact was created to expand our programs within community to reduce disparities. Our guiding principles are 1) to focus on underresourced communities 2) work through partnerships and collaborations 3) build community through a sense of belonging and fostering relationships and 4) to embrace and model a diverse and inclusive culture among staff, volunteers, YMCA members and the community.
The Center for Community Impact works in partnership with individuals, community and corporate philanthropy to address inequities through the alignment of strategies and shared outcomes.
“This is wonderful, because I’m preventing instead of waiting until it's here. This program has saved my life.”
