Our instructional pool is temporaily closed. It is scheduled to reopen at 4:30pm on Wednesday, January 20. All swim lessons will be held at regularly scheduled times. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Button-FitPath-Appointment

                               

FitPath is an appointment designed specifically for members ages 10 and older who want to have a tailored, progressive fitness plan. Our Health and Well-being staff will meet with you to discuss your goals to create a program that's right for you. 


Button-Personal-Training


Our certified personal trainers will use their knowledge of current research concepts, principles of sound exercise, and state-of-the-art equipment to design and implement a program tailored just for you. Contact Deb Delong at 253-906-9945.
