A water fitness class for individuals with physical limitations. Participants work with a water fitness instructor and a physical therapist to provide personalized modifications within a group class setting.

Adult Swim Workout Ages 18+ | Drop-in Class

Swimmers are paired with a coach to improve stroke mechanics, sharpen techniques, and develop workouts to enhance their overall proficiency in the water.

Deep Water Aerobics Drop-in Class

With a focus on core muscles and cardiovascular conditioning, you’ll work your whole body in this water class. Flotation belts are available and basic swim skills are recommended.

Swim for Exceptional Children Other

Swim for Exceptional Children (SFEC) is a therapeutic recreational pool program for children 3 months to 18 years of age. It is directed by occupational and physical therapists as well as specialty instructors. This is a family program and parents are required to participate in the class alongside the therapist and the instructor.


Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:50-8pm

Saturdays, 9:30am-12pm
