    My training career started soon after I graduated high school. I was unhappy with my body and decided to make a change. As I found success and others noticed, I was often being asked for advice and help. Fast forward a few years and I have my Associate degree of Kinesiology. I am also an ACE certified personal trainer and have completed their weight loss management specialization. My passion for training comes from the desire to help others not just look better but feel better. I like to set up small goals to achieve big dreams. So, no matter how far from your dreams you are, you can still enjoy small victories that you can always be proud of and prove to yourself that you can accomplish what you set your mind too. I pride myself on being adaptable and giving you unique workouts no matter what your goal is. From gaining muscle and increasing your strength on major lifts to weight loss, just know that you can do it and I’m here to help!

As a hands-on director of a chain of women's health clubs and a corporate fitness centre in Vancover B.C., I was able to develop programs that were intense, fun, and efficient. I concentrate on proper form and exercises that are functional to our every day activities. With a bit of education and a lot of motivation, I give my clients the confidence they need to succeed in achieving their fitness goals.

    Stephanie Carlson

    When I was 13 years old, I knew I wanted to work in the fitness industry. I used to ride the bus to the gym and stayed until my mom could pick me up. I was a competitive soccer player and had a deep passion for running and lifting weights. I loved how working out made me feel, inside and outside of the gym. My love for helping others, building meaningful relationships and fitness has led me to where I am today. As my client, I want to help give you the confidence and knowledge to not only know what to do in the gym, but also teach you how to achieve attainable and maintainable fitness goals. I want to show you that fitness can be a lot of fun, especially when you begin to see the results you desire. Let me help you get those results!

    I have almost 10 years of experience teaching group fitness. I have taught circuit, boot camp, TRX, step aerobics, indoor cycling, core classes, senior fit, muscle toning, cardio strength, and small group training classes. When I’m not in the gym, I love spending time with my three kids and husband, being a soccer mom, and riding my road bike.
