    My training career started soon after I graduated high school. I was unhappy with my body and decided to make a change. As I found success and others noticed, I was often being asked for advice and help. Fast forward a few years and I have my Associate degree of Kinesiology. I am also an ACE certified personal trainer and have completed their weight loss management specialization. My passion for training comes from the desire to help others not just look better but feel better. I like to set up small goals to achieve big dreams. So, no matter how far from your dreams you are, you can still enjoy small victories that you can always be proud of and prove to yourself that you can accomplish what you set your mind too. I pride myself on being adaptable and giving you unique workouts no matter what your goal is. From gaining muscle and increasing your strength on major lifts to weight loss, just know that you can do it and I’m here to help!

I will help you learn what it feels like to be able to conquer something. Whether you have experienced it or not, you have an amazing body with amazing abilities! I earned my BS in Exercise Science from SPU in 2003 and I have had my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification since 2006. I am an active member of the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and take regular continuing education courses to keep my knowledge and training techniques on the cutting edge. I have been working in the Health and Wellness field since 2002. I will help you integrate your spirit, mind, and body through a fun mix of cardiovascular and functional strength training techniques.     What are YOUR goals? What do YOU want to accomplish?  My passion is to help you find those and achieve them.  I enjoy creating an environment that will be different and will challenge you to do things that you didn't think you could do. 

    I love to think outside the box when getting healthy and will help you find what you love to do.  My passion for people and fitness makes personal training a perfect blend of the two.  I will work with you one-on-one or in small group sessions.  Working out with friends is always more fun!

    When I am not training I love to be outside with my husband and 2 kids.  Whether it is hiking or finding a new adventure we are usually on the go.  I also enjoy competing in races. I have participated in several runs from 5K's up to a marathon, STP bike race, several mud runs, and a few triathlons.

    I have a diverse background, education, and experience in fitness. I was a collegiate heptathlete, worked for the Seattle Sonics for nearly a decade, coached CrossFit for five years and have a lifetime passion for finding creative and fun ways to stay fit.

    I’ll enjoy meeting you at the fitness level you are currently at, and to witness the improvements you will make with your training. Youth athletes looking for off-season conditioning, parents just getting back to the gym after raising kids or having babies, competitive athletes looking for an edge, or maybe you are just looking to take a new step towards a healthier lifestyle.
