    Pedaling a bicycle can dramatically change the life of someone with Parkinson's disease (PD). Research conducted at the Cleveland Clinic showed that simply pedaling a bicycle at 80-90 revolutions per minute over a period of time could reduce PD symptoms by as much as 35%. This program is available to any YMCA member living with PD wherever the program is offered. There is no additional fee to participate.

    Swim for Exceptional Children (SFEC) is a therapeutic recreational pool program for children 3 months to 18 years of age.
