How to Qualify for This Funding

Youth Must Meet at Least One of the Following Criteria:

  • Qualify for the Free/Reduced-Price Lunch Program (FRLP)
  • Would qualify for FRLP if not enrolled in a public school
  • Are part of a family experiencing temporary financial hardship due to extenuating circumstances

Have a parent/guardian enrolled in one or more of the following programs:

  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
  • Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
  • Are under the supervision of, or receiving assistance through, the Department of Children, Youth, and Family Services (DCYF)
  • Have a parent/guardian receiving housing assistance
