Glow in the dark bracelets spell out Lights Out in a dark room

The Y is partnering with the University of Washington-Tacoma for a big new school year kick off dance party. All of the lights will be turned off and there will be glow-in-the-dark decorations and pizza to help you celebrate inside. This event is 18+.
