Lazyman Ironman is a challenging way to push yourself this summer. A traditional Ironman requires you to complete a set distance across swimming, cycling, and running in a short amount of time, but at the Y, we understand that’s not always possible. That's why the Lazyman Ironman is a wonderful way to train across various fields, test your mettle over the course of several weeks, and have a fun time with us in the sunshine and in our centers. From July 7 - August 18, you'll complete 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of biking, and 26.2 miles of running. Sign up at the welcome center at your Y today!
