As a Y family, our hearts and prayers are with the family of George Floyd and all those deeply impacted by his murder. While we acknowledge the verdict brought accountability in this case, our work to create an equitable community continues. We recognize this verdict does not detract from all those who have suffered, been harmed, or even killed at the hands of police violence.
