Adaptive Swim Programs
Adaptive Swim is available to those with a membership and requires a medical referral and registration. Participants are supported by a parent/guardian in the pool while our instructors teach them water safety and swim lesson skills while modifying to an individual's specific needs.
Adult Programs
Programs for adults include swim lessons.
Adult Sports Leagues
Whether you want to stay active, build connections, or boost your self-esteem, adult sports at the Y reinvigorates your competitive spirit and improves your well-being.
Child Watch
Our trained staff will supervise children ages 6 weeks - 6 years old while you work out.
