Members may put their membership on hold for up to three calendar months a year with a $10/month hold fee. While on hold, you will have access to YMCA360 on-demand videos and programming.
Membership holds apply to the entire household. If only one household member wishes to pause their membership while the remaining members stay active, we will temporarily cancel that individual's membership and waive the join fee when they return, provided they rejoin within the original hold period (up to three months). The remaining household members will continue on an active membership.
While your membership is on hold, you are unable to use the center. We’re excited to share that you can access YMCA360, your very own virtual Y offering a variety of online content.
We are thrilled that you are returning earlier than expected! Please visit your local YMCA membership desk to release your hold. If you are attending a group exercise class or are meeting friends, please show up a few minutes early so our staff can reactivate your membership.
At the Y, we are committed to making membership accessible by reducing financial barriers. If you or someone you know could benefit from financial support with your membership, now or in the future, please visit our front desk or click here to learn more.

You are Always Welcome at the Y – even when you’re AWAY! Don’t stop your fitness routine just because you are out of town. Most YMCAs throughout the country participate in our Nationwide partnership in allowing visiting members to access their facilities. Insurance-based memberships are not eligible for Nationwide Reciprocity.
If you are a Nationwide member visiting our Association, please check in at the front desk with your photo ID. You are welcome to use our facilities, participate in our group exercise classes and take a dip in the pool! Nationwide members are ineligible to enroll in registered programming and do not qualify for member rates on programming.
