Women on Weights Level 1

Women on Weights is designed to introduce women to a variety of workouts using a variety of equipment in the weight room. The goal is to feel comfortable and competent in weight rooms, build relationships, and utilize proper form and technique.

Women on Weights Level 2

February 22, 2018 6:00pm - 7:00pm University Y Student Center

Participation in WOW Level I recommended. This section of Women on Weights builds on the work of WOW I, helping you to enhance your well-being through strength training. Level II will include more advanced exercises utilizing barbells and dumbbells and will allow participants to gain a greater understanding of program design.

Young Adult Late Nite

Join us every Friday evening for Young Adult Late Nite. This program is free to all and is open to both members and non-members to participate in a variety of fun drop-in activities including basketball, free weights, cardio machines, running track, game room, food, or just hang out with friends. We look forward to seeing you!
