Summer Day Y Camp
Y Camp is all about making summers memorable for kids by staying active and having endless amounts of fun.
Y Camp Is Where Friendship and Feel-Good Fun Await!
Building Meaningful Relationships
Campers form friendships and connections with caring role models. They explore passions, build confidence, and gain a sense of accomplishment by building new skills as they see what’s possible for themselves.

Programs designed for kids to explore, play, and grow all summer long.
Discover Y Camps
Convenient Locations
Located at the YMCA community centers you know and love, Y summer day camp provides a welcoming place for school-age kids to play the days away. As campers make new friends, they discover more about who they are.
Where Every Camper Shines
As campers make new friends, they discover more about who they are. By celebrating each child’s unique talents, Y Camp helps them try new activities and feel proud of their achievements.
Small Groups. Big Camp Experiences.
Campers will experience the week in their camp group being led by a counselor and teen CITs. They’ll participate in small and large group games, campfires, singing, specialty camps (All Week Campers ages 7-12 only), swimming, and crafts throughout the session.
Counselor In Training (CIT)
Inspire the next generation of Y kids and level up your resume this summer! Join our Counselor in Training (CIT) program to gain valuable skills in youth development, mentorship, and community leadership. Gain hands-on experience and meaningful connections with peers, campers, and Y staff – building the tools for success to kickstart a career at the Y. All while having an unforgettable, impact-filled summer!
Our CIT Program Offers Two Levels:
CIT1
Requires a minimum commitment of 2 weeks and includes mandatory pre-summer training.
CIT2
This level involves more leadership responsibilities and training, a minimum commitment of 4 weeks, and an application process. One year of CIT experience is necessary to apply for CIT2.
