KNO Teen Leaders bring each KNO alive as they participate as group leaders, unit leaders or support staff. Registration opens Friday, September 6, 2024. 

Kids need role models and mentors to be all they want to be.   

Being a Kids Night Out Teen Leader is extremely beneficial for anyone who has the ambition and community spirit to help uplift others. Teen leaders also engage as fundraisers to help boost funds available for their future leadership endeavors. 

Lead the Next Generation

Flex your leadership skills and help your community's next generation by being the next generation of role models.  

Expand your leadership skills, amplify your personal growth, make a difference in the lives of people around you, and have fun working with elementary school kids.  

The Y provides each teen with training, written and verbal feedback, and thoughtful staff to assist in their development.

"I love being a volunteer for Kids Night Out because it means I get to work with these kids and give parents a break for one night for several hours. It’s also an amazing chance to let out your inner child again. It's probably the one night a month that I can run around.”
