Being a Kids Night Out Teen Leader is extremely beneficial for anyone who has the ambition and community spirit to help uplift others. Teen leaders also engage as fundraisers to help boost funds available for their future leadership endeavors.

The Y provides each teen with training, written and verbal feedback, and thoughtful staff to assist in their development.

Who can become a Kids Night Out Teen Leader?
Teens who have already registered for any Teens Leadership Development program can sign up to be a Kids Night Out Leader. The Y provides each teen with training, written and verbal feedback, and thoughtful staff to assist in their development.
