1. Check-In Requirements
- All spectators must check in at the Welcome Center located at the front desk before entering the facility.
- Spectators should adhere to the YMCA Member Code of Conduct and any posted rules during their visit.
2. Identification
- All non-member guests and/or spectators aged 16 and older are required to show valid photo ID to access the YMCA.
3. Guest Waiver
- A Facility Use Waiver must be signed by all spectators annually. A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for youth 17 and under.
4. Expedited Check-In
To minimize wait times upon arrival, spectators can expedite entry to the facility by completing and submitting this form online.
It will take up to two days for staff to process your information.
Once your guest account in MyCommunity has been created, you will receive an email with a link to set up your password. Each adult (18+) will receive their own login in. NOTE: An email is required when setting up a Guest account.
Once you set your password and login, click on the ‘Account Information’ tile. On this page, scroll down to the ‘Contracts’ section. Here you will see your name and a blue ‘sign’ button. Click on the ‘sign’ button to review and sign the waiver agreement with the most recent date. If you are signing a waiver for a minor, the contract name will be listed as ‘Group’ rather than list the individual name. Double check the date the waiver /contract was generated and click on the blue ‘sign’ button to review the waiver and then sign with your name.
Please check your spam or junk email folder if you do not receive the email with a link to set up your MyCommunity password. If more than two days have lapsed since submitting this form, please email us at membership@ymcapkc.org for immediate support.
