Leadership Without Boundaries


From cultural immersion and community service to leadership conferences and peer connections, these unique travel experiences help teens build confidence, broaden their perspectives, and create meaningful relationships that last a lifetime.

Teen Leadership Programs are Open to All. No Membership Required. Financial Assistance Available.

Summer of Service (SOS)

SOS offers a hands-on cultural immersion experience.

Grades and Location

Students entering grades 10-12. Cheyenne River Reservation at the YMCA of the Seven Council Fires, Dupree, South Dakota.

Trip Dates

August 6-18, 2027.

Registration Opens

Registration opens August 15, 2026, and closes on April 1, 2027.

Program Fee: $900

Payments may be made on a monthly draft or paid in full upon registration.

Build Future Leaders Through Service and Cultural Immersion

Teens in grades 10-12 will spend a week on the Cheyenne River Reservation in South Dakota, working directly with the community to plan and deliver a week of day camp for the youth in Dupree.

Pacific Region Conference (PRC)

Grades and Location

Students entering grades 8-12 at YMCA Camp Seymour.

2026 Conference Dates

Friday, November 27 to Monday, November 30.

Registration Dates

Registration opens August 15, 2026, and closes November 13, 2026.

Program Fee: $335

Helping Teens Discover Their Voice and Potential

The Pacific Region Conference is an enriching leadership weekend experience! Discover more about yourself and others in a safe and supportive environment. Engage in thoughtful discussions and activities while meeting like-minded individuals in grades 8-12. The conference is designed to increase teens’ sense of personal power through learning positive life skills.
