I first got into fitness when I was younger and have been enjoying it ever since. I found myself researching things fitness-related for fun and getting some of my friends into it as well. I started working at the YMCA as a health and well-being coach and loved being able to help people make progress in whatever goals they set or goals that needed help setting. I decided that my passion for helping people was something I wanted to keep pursuing, so I got certified as a personal trainer. My goal is to make effective, safe, and enjoyable training programs for all types of people, whether it be for personal health, sports, or just to help make everyday activities easier. As well as all types of goals such as weight loss, building muscle, improving posture, and anything you need. I believe everyone can achieve their goals, and I am here to help you throughout the entire journey from wherever your starting place is and get you where you want to be!

I believe exercise is not about a number on a scale or wearing a certain size of jeans. It’s about being able to do the things you need to do and want to do. I became a trainer because I love to help people reach their fitness goals and improve their quality of life and do the activities they enjoy. I have been involved in the fitness industry for 20 years, teaching classes and working with all ages and fitness levels. I have seen the importance of being held accountable and setting realistic fitness goals and believe that every step forward should be celebrated.

My journey in fitness began in 2008 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I first discovered my passion for fitness as a group exercise instructor. I specialized in Les Mills' Body Pump and Body Combat programs, motivating and encouraging people to embrace their strengths through each class. Seeking to deepen my expertise, I moved to Spain and expanded my training repertoire. While continuing instructing Les Mills programs at different facilities, at Holmes Place, a distinguished European gym chain, I earned my first certification in personal training. This achievement motivated me to expand my knowledge by obtaining additional training in Functional Training, TRX Suspension Training, Power Plate, General Nutrition, assisted stretching, and Kettlebell, among other training techniques to optimally meet my client’s needs. I also expanded my curriculum by adding more group exercise certifications like Spinning, Total Body Conditioning, Les Mills Body Step, Body Jam, and Body Balance. In 2011, my career embarked on a new adventure when I moved to California, USA. I continued to evolve, achieving a personal training certification from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). I joined the team at Bally's Total Fitness, where I gained another certification and further refined my ability to customize fitness programs to individual needs. With over 15 years of experience, my passion for fitness is matched only by my commitment to my client's health and happiness. I am deeply dedicated to enhancing my clients' well-being and guiding them toward their fitness goals. I work with diverse populations and demographics, from seniors to athletes, teenagers to postpartum moms. No matter your age or fitness level, I am here to empower you with the knowledge, skills, and support you need to thrive on your fitness journey. Let’s embark on this journey together. Achieve your fitness goals and discover the best version of yourself with expert guidance and unwavering support. Contact me for a free consultation and let’s start your transformation today!

My journey to becoming a fitness trainer started as a result of working with my own personal fitness trainer. Following an injury (a bulging disk) during an improper training session, I was sidelined for months with no empathy or contact from my trainer. After months of rehab, I was finally able to look for a new trainer—someone who had my best interests in mind. Once I found the right fit, I was able to train again and loved every minute of it. Years later, I was in the right place at the right time, as the gym I had been training at was in need of additional trainers. Following some conversations and encouragement, I decided to take the leap and get certified. With the help of my own fitness trainer, the owner of the gym, and the other trainers I now call friends, I was able to apply everything I had learned through hands-on training and coaching. I thoroughly enjoy helping people on their fitness journey as they set and meet their goals. I love the relationships I am able to establish with my clients as they transform themselves and are able to find the same passion for fitness I have found. Seeing my clients grow and become healthier versions of themselves gives me a great sense of pride.

I wake every day with one goal in mind: To be a better person today than I was yesterday and to use my strength to strengthen my community. For me, movement is more than just a passion; it is medicine. When I move my body—regardless of whether I’m running, weightlifting, or just exploring my neighborhood on foot—I find solace and a connection to the world around me. I truly believe that with my philosophy of integrating personal fitness into a mind, body, and spiritual experience, I can use my passion to bring health and balance to the lives of my community members. While working in law enforcement, my main goal was to keep my community safe from the unknown. The more integrated I became in my community, the more I realized that I could go beyond safety and truly make a difference in the wellness of people's lives. By drawing on personal experience to relate to people struggling with diet and food insecurity, immobility caused by injury, and overcoming mental health setbacks, I believe that I can reach people and help lead them to healthier, happier lives. My hope is to inspire those I work with and to gain their trust as I journey with them every step of the way. Leading by example, I want to bring healthy change to the members of my community by encouraging self-confidence and self-love. A healthy community begins with me, and if I can use my unique knowledge and experience to positively change the life of even just one person, I believe that is a difference toward a better future.

Jackson isn’t your typical trainer. With nearly 20 years of experience in martial arts and personal development, he takes a whole-person approach to fitness—blending strength and endurance with embodied movement, emotional awareness, and practical tools for lasting change. Having faced his own share of resets and restarts, Jackson is particularly passionate about working with people who are ready to take that first step—whether they’re starting fresh, returning to movement after time away, or simply looking to reconnect with their strength and sense of purpose. Jackson’s sessions are supportive and down-to-earth, designed to meet people where they are while offering just the right amount of challenge and spontaneity. He draws from a wide range of tools and experience—including martial arts, breathwork, strength training, men’s work, and embodied movement. For him, fitness isn’t about chasing numbers—it’s about rebuilding from the core and creating a life that works. Whether someone is just getting started or learning to get back up after a hard chapter, Jackson helps them get on the path—and stay on it.

I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer with additional training in functional fitness, nutrition, core strength, senior fitness, and balance training. I am a strong believer in the concept that health is much more than a number on a scale. Health and wellness have been an interest of mine most of my life. I developed a deep love for strength training and nutrition after seeing the positive effects it had on my life personally. Growing up, I had a very loving family, but like so many other families, food seemed to be the focus at most of our gatherings. Today, several of my family members suffer from health conditions such as obesity, eating disorders, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. I have firsthand witnessed how a person’s relationship with food and fitness can drastically impact their quality life. My decision to become a personal trainer stemmed from my desire to help people live the fullest life they can. I am passionate and driven to help others reach their goals. My goal as a personal trainer is to empower others through fitness so that they can be more successful both inside and outside of the gym.

A champion wrestler in high school, my athletic dreams were cut short due to numerous injuries that required four corrective surgeries before age 27. Shortly after, I chose to pursue my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) due to their focus on training those like me who require special attention to avoid injuries. I spent ten years as an Active Duty Army Soldier, I had the privilege of having a dedicated hour of personal training to start my day. I helped develop training plans for my soldiers during that time frame that helped focus their efforts on maximizing their scores on the Army Physical Fitness Test. My goal is to help you on your fitness journey no matter what stage you are at.

Movement has always been an integral part of my life since the time I was young. From playing in many sports, my childhood was full of endless activity. The love for fitness did not stop when my participation in competitive sports did. Throughout my young adulthood I have explored many movement modalities such as weightlifting, martial arts, dance, environmental parkour, gymnastics strength training, yoga and much more! My passion for wellness and fitness began as an individual journey but as I witnessed my own transformation, physically and mentally, I knew this was something I had to share with others. Throughout the years I have helped clients reach their strength goals, rehab after injuries, regain mobility and encourage them to implement healthier habits in their life including diet, sleep, hydration, supplementation, recovery and other wellness modalities that enrich their lives further. My intention is to help clients feel empowered in their bodies by creating a sustainable, individualized plan that will not only help them reach success but create an appreciation of the journey itself.

Hi! My name is Mikey and just love to move! Running, hiking, dancing, or just throwing weights around...I love it all! I grew up all over Western Washington and graduated from South Kitsap High School. I ran track, played soccer, wrestled and even sang in the jazz choir. I started a career in music broadcasting fresh out of Eastern Washington University. I had a ton of fun, had a lot of laughs and went to some amazing shows! I was shooting a TV commercial at a Health Club in Yakima when I discovered my true calling: Personal Training! After completing my certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) back in 2008, I jumped head first into being a fitness professional. My motto: make fitness fun! I LOVE being the BEST part of someone’s day. More PEOPLE. More ACTIVE. More OFTEN! Weight loss, group training, sports performance or even if you look to fitness just to boost your mood...I’m your guy!

The human body is an amazing machine. I believe we are happiest, healthiest and most able to enjoy life when we give the body what it needs; movement, nutrition, light, and water. Sounds simple, but it’s often the last thing we prioritize. My goal is to help others improve their movement and fitness and enjoy life more at every age. For the last 14 years, I have worked in the fitness world, teaching individuals, group exercise classes, and overseeing health and well-being programs. Young or old, fit or getting fit, limited with health challenges or not, I meet individuals where they are physically today, and give them tools to build strength, and help them progress toward their goals. I believe exercise should be safe, but also fun. And the journey should be one of joy. It is my privilege to get to know my clients and walk with them each day.

Hi, I’m Teresa Slade-Isaac — NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My mission is to empower clients to feel strong, capable, and confident through personalized strength and controlled movement training. This approach helps improve strength, stability, coordination, and mobility. I focus on quality over quantity, helping the body move better and more efficiently through its full range of motion. My training supports real-life strength, energy, and resilience. Outside the gym, you’ll find me immersed in nature — hiking, surfing, skiing, paddle boarding, and traveling the world. I train for life, and I want to help you do the same. Let’s work together to build the strength you need to live the life you love.
