COMMIT Dance Fitness is a dynamic, fun-filled HIIT influenced (High intensity interval training) dance workout. Each routine focuses on essential fitness elements created for a variety of popular music, from all over the world, that will inspire everyone to get moving.

Ring Side - Shadow

Boost your stamina in this kickboxing themed class. You will feel motivated while practicing fundamental punch and kick combinations. You will also increase your cardiovasular endurance.


 

 

Step Aerobics

Step is a fun workout that will build cardio endurance through body weight exercise of stepping on and off of a step bench.

 

 


Zumba

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.


 

 

Bootcamp

Designed to push you to the edge of your limit, but have fun in the process. This class will fire up your metabolism and target your cardio, strength, and muscular endurance without going over the edge.

 


Complete Conditioning

An all encompassing workout designed to produce total body results. Complete Conditioning is designed for all fitness levels and will strengthen your cardiovascular system as well as most muscle groups.


HIIT

Challenge yourself with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that delivers both cardio and strength results. Aim to improve your personal best, then switch to active recovery without slowing to a standstill.


R.I.P.P.E.D.

R.I.P.P.E.D. is a workout that combines resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, endurance, and core.


 

 

Ring Side - Bag

Boost your stamina in this kickboxing-themed class. You will feel motivated while practicing fundamental punch and kick combinations. You will also increase your cardiovascular endurance. You will use a boxing bag in this class.


Stroller Strong

This class is designed for parents with younger children who can remain in their stroller. You will increase muscular and cardiovascular strength in this boot camp style class.


Surge Fit

Surge Fit is the energizing HIIT workout that alternates athletic, high intensity cardiotracks with high repetition training tracks designed to strengthen and define your body for maximum results. Surge tracks are music driven and set to popular music you know and love.


 

 

Cycle

Gear up with our music-fueled indoor ride as your journey builds cardio and muscular endurance.


 

 

 

 

Barre

Use the ballet barre or a chair and isometric exericses to build muscular endurance and balance, to firm, lengthen, lift and sculpt the core, arms, legs and glutes.

 


Core Express

A 30-minute class that works more than just your abs. Use a variety of equipment to strengthen your framework including glutes, core and back.

 


Pilates

Increase core strength through gentle rhythmic movements focusing on breath, flexibility, strength, and core stabilization. Use of equipment will vary from instructor to instructor.


 

 

Stretch and Roll

Join this class and improve your stability, flexibility, fitness performance, muscle function, and balance. Similar to a massage, stretching and rolling helps break up fascia and release tightness while optimizing recovery after workouts.


Tai Chi

Often described as "meditation in motion" the art of Tai Chi has long been a source of health, vitality, and longevity. This practice will take you through slow and fluid movements for low impact exercise and meditation.


 

 

Dance Fit Low

Keep your body dancing with the beat with one foot on the floor, making the exercise fun while keeping the impact low on your joints. Modern music with an upbeat variety of dance styles makes the time fly by.

The design of this class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. This class is perfect for Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

Fire up your passion for fitness in the cardio/strength low-impact class. The music inspires movement through cardio routines along with muscle building strength exercises.


 
Silver Fit Circuit

Welcome to functional fitness!  We will move through a circuit style of training that works cardio endurance, flexibility, core, balance, strength and power. A variety of equipment will be used in this low impact class to equip you for real life movement.

Conditioned resistance training focuses on every muscle group with the intention of improving your strength, muscular endurance and muscle tone.


TRX

Join a TRX class to use your bodyweight along with the TRX suspension trainer to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Additional equipment may be incorporated.


 

 

TRX Ripped Trainer

TRX Rip Trainer utilizes unilateral resistance that will challenge both your core strength and cardiovascular system using the bar with the resistance bungee combined with the use of TRX suspension straps for a full body workout that allows you to build up your speed, agility, and muscle endurance.


 

 

Chair Yoga

A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This class will help you develop strength, flexibility, and balance through a safely guided practice. This practice does not include floor work.


Gentle Yoga

This class will focus on slow, rhythmic movements designed for relaxation and a gentle full-body stretch. You will learn basic yoga postures, as well as begin to become aware of your breath and proper body alignment. This is a good place to start if you are new to yoga. All equipment is provided.

 


Power Yoga

This class combines high-energy athletic movements with the flow of vinyasa yoga to create a challenging, fast-paced practice. Come build strength, endurance, cardiorespiratory fitness and flexibility as this style allows you to level up by moving repeatedly through quick poses or holding postures for a longer time than usual.


 

 

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga will strengthen and lengthen your muscles and improve your balance and flexibility by taking you through a variety of poses. You can expect a continuous flow as you connect your breath from pose to pose.


Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a more quiet and contemplative practice. You can expect to hold your poses for several minutes at a time while you work to lengthen the connective tissues and increase elasticity.
