At the Y, we encourage a balance of mind, body, and spiritual wellness, which includes our Women’s Wellness Weekend at Camp Seymour.

Tucked into the forests of Key Peninsula, our 3-day overnight event invites you to step away from the everyday rush and invest in your well-being. You’ll be surrounded by the beauty of nature as well as the empowering energy of working side by side with others seeking restoration and connection.
This thoughtfully planned retreat will find you practicing yoga, hiking through peaceful trails, and enjoying nourishing meals in good company, as well as enjoying camp favorites like kayaking, archery, and using the climbing wall. Participating in these activities both ignites new friendships and bonds you with friends, creating the ultimate camp experience for women of all ages and life stages.
