In observance of Memorial Day, the Lakewood Family YMCA will be open 7am-3pm on Monday, May 25. All youth sports games are cancelled this weekend. All youth classes are cancelled on Monday. Please see our website or mobile app for our modified group exercise schedule.

Help your kids stay active after the end of the school year. This summer at the Y, kids will learn the fundamentals of different sports at our Sports Specialty Camps. Focus on one sport like soccer, basketball, or flag football or sign up for a Sports Sampler Week to try them all. Join us for our monthly Senior Activities and Potluck tomorrow in the conference room from 11:30am-12:30pm. This month, we will have brain games for you all to enjoy. Complete crossword puzzles, word searches, and other fun paper/pencil games with fun company and then stay for some yummy food at the potluck from 12:30-1:30pm. What are you going to bring?
Does your child love to cook up a storm? We have a camp for that! In Culinary Arts Camp, kids learn to prepare and cook meals that are both delicious and nutritious. Register today at ymcapkc.org/summer.
Build skills and confidence! Registration for summer youth sports leagues is now open. Choose from T-ball, coach pitch baseball, or flag football. Practices begin July 13 and the season runs until August 27. The cost to participate is $40 for YMCA members and $50 for community members.
