If you are a teen or young adult ages 15-21 years, exploring who you are is a big part of life. Explore character strengths, goal setting, positive thinking and more this November during our free 3-day Identity 101 Workshop. For more information, visit http://bit.ly/1qRnvWZ

A big thumbs up to everyone who donated to our Shoe Drive! We collected 58 pairs of shoes and 73 pairs of jeans to provide to women released from the Washington Correction Center for Women. Thank you.

Experience a myriad of yoga practices including Yoga Basics, Binding Poses, Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Relaxation and Ayurvedic seminars. The Half Day Yoga Retreat will be held at the Tom Taylor Y on Saturday, November 15. For more information, visit http://bit.ly/1sExNOw

All classes that required registration, including Swim Lessons, are taking place as usual today. We look forward to having you spend part of your Monday with us. Make it a great week!

When running make sure to warm-up and cool-down!
By slowly raising your heart rate it will help minimize stress on your heart when you start your run. The cool-down allows your heart rate and blood pressure to fall gradually. Join the Y Running Group, Tuesdays, 11:15am-12:15pm, Rockwall Room.

Still time to donate clean, gently-worn women's athletic shoes and jeans to our Shoe Drive, which ends Friday, October 10. Donations will be given to women being released from the Washington Correction Center for Women.
