Thank you to all who came out to support, compete and cheer on competitors during the 2014 Strongman Competition. Here are the final results! A big thanks to the Washington National Guard, Silverdale CrossFit, and the Bremerton and Tom Taylor YMCA!
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Our showers are currently experiencing tepid temperatures as the circulation pump that supplies the domestic water lines with hot water has failed. We are awaiting the arrival of a replacement part, which is en route from Vancouver, Wash., and should be here sometime this afternoon.
We will work diligently to repair the issue in the quickest time possible. It is our hope to have the issue resolved and hot water flowing back through the building by later this evening. We apologize for the inconvenience. We know no one enjoys a cold shower, but please bear with us as we work to restore normal water temperatures.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: The Rec Pool is closed until Monday August 18 at4:45am. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The Lap Pool is open on regular schedule.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Thank you to all who came out to participate, help, and support the Strongman Competition today! Results and pictures will be posted by end of next week! Congratulations to everyone!

Did anyone visit us at Whaling Days this weekend? Hope everyone had as great a time at the festival as we did!
The weather hasn't been quite as summer-like as the previous few weeks. Luckily, Mother Nature should be reverting back to normal for the weekend.
Enjoy the Whaling Days festivities if you are partaking. We'll have a booth, so please feel free to stop by and say hello!
We just wanted to provide a heads up that access to the facility may be limited this weekend during Whaling Days as many of the surrounding roadways will be blocked and/or partially blocked during certain times.
According to the release we were given, Kitsap Mall Blvd and Poplars Ave will be closed to all traffic from 7am-12:30pm on Saturday the 26th. Silverdale Way will have "major restrictions" from 8am-12:30pm for the annual parade. In general, expect delays for all your travel through the center of Silverdale.
