Anika and Kallista
Best friends and 678 Nite participants, Anika Knutzen and Kallista Denton have known each other since the second grade. Both girls come to the Y right after school to do their homework, work out, and socialize. "Since we work out more we feel better about ourselves and have more confidence," said Anika. "It's made us more active, we don't sit around and watch TV all day."
