Hello Friday Challengers! Last Friday your weekly challenge was to meet a Fit Path Coach and make an appointment. How was it? Fit Path is a wonderful tool to meet with a coach, set goals and watch them come true!

Today, your weekly challenge is to try a new Group Exercise class. Meet a friend for one of our awesome GX classes and have some fun together! We have many classes during the week and weekend to choose from. Try more than one if you can't choose! Either way, they are a challenge!

We will operate on modified hours (7am-3pm) on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. We will be having a modified Group Exercise schedule for that day. The modified schedule is posted at the Welcome Center. We will resume regular schedules on Tuesday, May 26. Have a great Memorial Day weekend!

Our last WOW session before summer starts next week. We have a couple of spots available for the PM group (M/TH @ 5:15) and plenty of spots available for the AM group (T/TH @ 11). Registration closes June 1. Sign up today! Our next WOW sessions will start back up in the Fall. Please register at Welcome Center.

Hello weekly Challengers! Last Friday I gave you a weekly challenge of pushups. How did you do? How many were you able to accomplish in a week?
The Friday weekly challenge this time is: Meet a Fit Path Coach and make an appointment!!! You have from today till next Thursday 14th to make one. Post about who you met and the experience. We have awesome Fit Path Coaches here, so check them out! Appointments can be made at the Welcome Center.

FitPath is an appointment designed specifically for members ages 10 and older who want to have a tailored, progressive fitness plan. Our Health and Well-being staff will meet with you to discuss your goals to create a program that's right for you.

Our certified personal trainers will use their knowledge of current research concepts, principles of sound exercise, and state-of-the-art equipment to design and implement a program tailored just for you. Contact Deb Delong at 253-906-9945.
