Facility Update: Beginning Tuesday, March 31 our pool locker rooms and family locker rooms will be closed for plumbing replacements and upgrades.

During this time, ALL members are invited to utilize the adult only locker rooms.

We will keep you informed about the progress of this project and its anticipated completion date.

There are still a few more days to register for our Spring 1 Youth Programs and Swim Lessons. Registration is open through March 29.

In April, Health and Well-being has some exciting things coming up: Lazy Man Triathlon starts on April 6th, April Fun Run is on the 12th at 9am, Cardio Conditioning club starts on April 21st. Registration is required for each one at the Welcome Center.

Thank you to all who participated in our GX A-THON this past Saturday 21st. It was awesome! So much energy, and I look forward to having it next year!

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE: Let us know if you’d like to participate and we’ll reserve a space for you. There is no cost to participate. Displays are required to have a youth health component, environmental component, activity, game, handout, give-a-way, make-and-take, etc. Be creative and fun!

FitPath is an appointment designed specifically for members ages 10 and older who want to have a tailored, progressive fitness plan. Our Health and Well-being staff will meet with you to discuss your goals to create a program that's right for you. 


Button-Personal-Training


Our certified personal trainers will use their knowledge of current research concepts, principles of sound exercise, and state-of-the-art equipment to design and implement a program tailored just for you. Contact Deb Delong at 253-906-9945.
