Laurie Froggatt
Laurie Froggatt recently reached 3,000 Fit Club Points, something that has taken her 17 years to accomplish. Participants of Fit Club receive a point for every group fitness class they take. Laurie works part time as a hair dresser, but has worked for the Y for 6 years helping out in the weight room and teaching Women's Power Circuit. "It's baby steps!" said Laurie. "Schedule in your group fitness classes, they just start adding up."
