Did you know that our sister branch in Silverdale, the Haselwood Family YMCA, is offering a youth volleyball league this fall? The league is open to players of all abilities, so even if your child has never played before, this is a great opportunity to stay after this fall.

Today's Motivation Monday is all about making healthy HABITS! As we all know, starting new habits is difficult at first, but soon it becomes a LIFESTYLE. Start small at first - maybe commit to taking a walk outside 5 days a week or commit to only allowing fried foods once a week. Before you know it, you will see changes in your body and health that will encourage you even further! What small habit are you going to try to make this week?

Kickboxing: High energy class, set to music, utilizing punches and kicks in combos and drills with a cardiovascular emphasis. Wednesdays and Fridays 10am.

Step: A variety of step class combinations. May also include intervals of toning and weights. Saturdays 9:15am.

FitPath is an appointment designed specifically for members ages 10 and older who want to have a tailored, progressive fitness plan. Our Health and Well-being staff will meet with you to discuss your goals to create a program that's right for you.
