We would like to thank the Kitsap Admirals for their support of our Annual Campaign. Last night we hosted a great game between your hometown Admirals and the visiting Shizuoka Gymrats from Japan.

Thank you again to all the participants and everyone who came out to support both the Admirals and the YMCA.

Aquaphobia is a very common fear, one that can keep people from participating in activities with their family and friends.

Our Floating Beyond Fear program addresses this fear and combines group discussions and pool time to help participants overcome their fear.

Our Next Floating Beyond Fear session begins March 3 and will be held on Tuesdays from 5:15-7pm. For more information, please contact Melissa Davidson at 360-307-4057 or mdavidson@ymcapkc.org.

Every couple deserves a night out. beginning in March, your Bremerton Family YMCA will be offering a monthly Parents' Night Out. Your child will participate in a variety of games and activities led by the YMCA staff that you know and trust.

Saturday, March 7 | 5:30-9:30pm. 
YMCA Members and Active Duty Military | First Child - $25, Each Additional Sibling - $15 each
Community Members | Frist Child - $35, Each Additional Sibling - $20 each.

FitPath is an appointment designed specifically for members ages 10 and older who want to have a tailored, progressive fitness plan. Our Health and Well-being staff will meet with you to discuss your goals to create a program that's right for you. 


Button-Personal-Training


Our certified personal trainers will use their knowledge of current research concepts, principles of sound exercise, and state-of-the-art equipment to design and implement a program tailored just for you. Contact Deb Delong at 253-906-9945.
