As a society, we are in uncharted territory. As health care providers with several school-age children, we understand the unique demands placed on our community’s first responders. Along with everyone in the community, the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties has had to adjust their business practices and are no longer collecting revenue. In spite of this, the Y has stepped in to provide child care and meals for the children of first responders, health care staff and essential workers in need. We are so grateful to be in a position to support the YMCA as Cause-Driven Members by continuing to pay our monthly membership fees to support this effort. I hope you can join us and thousands of others in becoming a Cause-Driven Member by visiting ymcapkc.org/cause-driven-membership.
