Jessica decided to join the Y to get back in shape and build her confidence and self-esteem. It didn't take long for her to notice positive results, both physically and mentally.
"If I am having a rough day, the Y helps to straighten out my thoughts and look forward to a brighter day," said Jessica. "I'm happier because I can now look in the mirror and like who I see."
Jessica has also made positive changes with her eating and sleeping habits, which helps her follow a schedule and stay on track.
"I'm less depressed and more hopeful for the future," said Jessica. "I now follow a healthy schedule and am not so lazy anymore. I actually want to go out and enjoy life."
