After a deployment and a lengthy custody battle, Bryan was looking for a safe and affordable place to have his kids spend the day during the summer. He received financial assistance at the Y and was able to sign up his daughter, Bryanna, and son, Jayden, for an entire summer of camp.
Initially, the kids kept to themselves and Bryanna was very protective of her younger brother. Shy and reserved Jayden was running and leading games of gaga ball and his sister, though usually by his side, was able to connect with other campers and explore her own interests.
