Brian first joined the Y to meet new friends and improve his overall health. It wasn't long before he was a regular at the Y, attending Teen Late Nite every Friday night and playing basketball.
With a strong desire to improve his health and fitness level, he met one-on-one with a teen director, and together they developed a plan for Brian to get healthier. With a regular regimen of running and lifting weights, Brian made huge strides in improving his health.
Brian is thankful for the Y, which gave him the opportunity to stay physically active in a nurturing environment. Beyond his health improvements, Brian became a youth program volunteer, serving as a positive role model for youth.
