Coaching Resources

The responsibilities of a coach include promoting the Y philosophy to players, making sure all children get equal playing time and ensuring that you yourself, are a model of sportsmanship and fair play.

Coaches are asked to come ready to coach, but do not need to worry about gathering any equipment, etc. We have a youth sports coach who will be at the school and will set up the practices and games for you, as well as bring out all equipment for the kids.
