Diabetes 101 Workshops Ages 18+ | Registration Required



Are you or a loved one living with diabetes? In partnership with MultiCare, the YMCA is excited to offer a free introductory workshop for individuals seeking more information about diabetes. You're invited to join this free class to learn how to optimally manage your diabetes. Curriculum includes basic diabetes information and terminology, tips for eating healthy and staying active, and reviews the fundamentals of diabetes medications.

Preventing Type 2 Diabetes | YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program Ages 18+ | Other


Tired of being sick and tired?

The Diabetes Prevention Program is a supportive, 12-month small group where participants work together to learn about healthier eating and physical activity in order to reduce their risk for developing diabetes.

The YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program is part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention-led National Diabetes Prevention Program and is nationally supported by the Diabetes Prevention and Control Alliance.
