One of the most effective ways to accomplish this is to teach youth, teens, and adults to swim, so they can stay safe around water and learn the skills they need to make swimming a lifelong pursuit for staying healthy. Swim lessons provide important life skills that could save a life and will benefit students for a lifetime.

WHAT IS THE APPROXIMATE TEMPERATURE OF THE POOL?
Lap Pool: 82-84 degrees | Instructional Pool: 86-88 degrees | Hot Tub: 101-105 degrees


DO I HAVE TO BE IN THE WATER WITH MY CHILD?
Children under the age of 8 must swim within arm’s length of a parent at all times. Children 8-14, upon successful completion of a swim test, may swim without a parent.


DO I HAVE TO SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL?
A full body cleansing shower is required before prior to entering the pool. Hair must be fully wet or in a shower/swim cap.


HOW MANY LAPS DO I HAVE TO SWIM FOR A MILE?
Aprox.33 laps round trip, or 66 lengths one-way equal one mile.


CAN I DIVE INTO THE POOL?
Our pools are not deep enough for diving.


CAN I USE THE SLIDE?
The Slide is available upon request at the lifeguards descretion. A swim test must be completed for all swimmers under 15 years old. An adult must be stationed at the top of the slide to monitor slide activity and ensure safe usage.
