Group exercise classes are an excellent way to get active and stay motivated.

  Main Pool - Lap Swim is open once the facility opens. We always reserve a minimum of two lap lanes for lap swim.

Instructional Pool - Water exercise classes use water resistance to create a total body workout. Both deep and shallow water classes available. The ‘Beach Front’ area is always open for recreational swimming. Children under 8 years old must have an adult within arm’s reach at all times.


Child, Youth, and Teen

Youth Gym - Find classes like for youth ages 3-17, which include homeschool classes, gymnastics, sports and open gym times.

Room 3 - Find classes for youth ages 3-17, which include performing arts, homeschool, martial arts and more!

Room 5 - Find classes for youth ages 3-17, which include performing arts classes, visual arts, and gymnastics


Climbing Wall

 Climbing Wall - The wall is open for climb for youth and adults ages 5 and older. Must have a YMCA certified belayer (or must be belay certified yourself) to climb without a YMCA staff member present. 

Group Exercise

Main Gym - Find classes like Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Muscle Toning, HIIT, Low Impact Cardio, and more! 

Room 1 - Find classes like cycling, Zumba® Gold, Jillian Michael's BODYSHRED™, and more!

     Room 2 - Find classes like TRX®, Bootcamp, Low Impact Classes, and more!

  Room 3 - Find classes like Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Hapkido, and more!

 Room 4 - Yoga, Barre, Low Impact Classes, and more!

  Women's Wellness Center @ Point Fosdick - Core and More, Muscle Toning, Yoga, and more!



   Main Gym - Drop-in basketball, pickle ball, volleyball, as well as large group exercise classes.

Youth Gym - Drop-in basketball, pickle ball, and much more!


2020 Registered Classes and Swim Lessons will not occur during these dates;
