Group Exercise Schedules
Group exercise classes are an excellent way to get active and stay motivated. Browse our classes by location and category for the Spring 1 Session | April 1-June 30.view schedules online
Main Pool - Lap Swim is open once the facility opens. We always reserve a minimum of two lap lanes for lap swim.
Instructional Pool - Water exercise classes use water resistance to create a total body workout. Both deep and shallow water classes available. The ‘Beach Front’ area is always open for recreational swimming. Children under 8 years old must have an adult within arm’s reach at all times.
Youth Gym - Classes for youth ages 3-17, which include performing arts classes, gymnastics, and teen open gym times.
Youth Center - Activities for youth ages 8-18 years old include ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and more.
- Climbing Wall - The wall is open for climb for youth and adults ages 5 and older. Must have a YMCA certified belayer (or must be belay certified yourself) to climb without a YMCA staff member present.
Room 1 - Find classes like cycling, Zumba® Gold, Jillian Michael's BODYSHRED™, and more!
Room 2 - Find classes like TRX®, Bootcamp, Low Impact Classes, and more!
Room 3 - Find classes like Kickboxing, Adult Tap Dance, Hapkido, and more!
Room 4 - Yoga, Barre, Low Impact Classes, and more!
Women's Wellness Center @ Point Fosdick - Core and More, Muscle Toning, Yoga, and more!
- Main Gym - Drop-in basketball, pickle ball, volleyball, as well as large group exercise classes.
Registered Classes and Swim Lessons will not occur during these dates;
