Flag Football | September 10-November 3

Flag Football: Football season is here! Sign your child up for our flag football league where they will practice and learn the basics of football and teamwork in competitive games. Registration is open now and is available for ages 4-12 years.

Indoor Soccer | September 10-November 3

Indoor Soccer: New this Fall! Indoor soccer for children ages 4-8 years. Sign up your little one today and have them practice their footwork skills and learn the concepts of soccer. As well as concepts of offense, defense and teamwork. Children will be a member on a team and will participate in competitive indoor matches.

SMALL GROUP CLASS REGISTRATION

Class registration is open now! 

We offer a large variety of small group classes every session. Check out some of our new offerings!  As we are working hard to make sure we have you covered for all of your health and well-being needs.


Nutrition Eat-ucation | September 4-December 14

Starting this September, we will be offering a new series of classes that explore the various avenues of nutrition and healthy eating habits. Come learn about a wide variety of nutrition topics that we will be offering throughout the year from our very own nutrition specialist, Becca Lindgren. 


Bosu Ball Workshop | September 22

Register for this free workshop that we will be offering on September 22. Our instructor, Dani will go over how you can incorporate this fitness tool into your workouts to get a total body workout!

LIFE UNIVERSITY COURSES

Making Change Stick

Every Other Tuesday | Starts August 28

Changing habits can be challenging for many; you are not alone. Designed to offer tools to support life change in spirit, mind, and body, this workshop helps you learn the research-based process of holistic change and the ingredients to achieve sustainable change. Non-members attending the workshop will need to sign a general waiver and present Government Issue photo ID. A program offering of Life University.


Creating Healing Rituals | September 9

Creating Healing Rituals will explore both traditional and unorthodox rituals with the hope that participants will be able to navigate their loss and grief in a healthy way. Prerequisite: Completion of Journey to Freedom After Loss.


Spirit, Mind, and Body Coaching

Starting now members can make a free 30-minute appointment with a Spirt, Mind, and Body Coach to talk about Life University courses that can help you reach your fitness, health, and total life goals.

FitPath Appointment

FitPath is an appointment designed specifically for members ages 10 and older who want to have a tailored, progressive fitness plan. Our Health and Well-being staff will meet with you to discuss your goals to create a program that's right for you.

Personal Training

Our certified personal trainers will use their knowledge of current research concepts, principles of sound exercise, and state-of-the-art equipment to design and implement a program tailored just for you. Contact Deb Delong at 253-906-9945.

DAILY GUEST PASS

Guests who would like to visit our facility may purchase a one-day gues pass and take advantage of any free activity or drop-in programs offered on that day. Guest passes are valid anytime on the day of purchase at any YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties facility. Current members may bring guests at a reduced rate. Photo identification and a signed liability waiver are required for all guests 16 and older. Parent/guardian signatures on liability waivers are required for those under 18 years of age. In addition, a parent/guardian must accompany all children under the age of 12. Daily fees incurred within 30 days of purchasing a YMCA membership may be applied towards the joining fee. Please visit the Membership Office to purchase a guest pass.

  • Guest Pass with a YMCA Member: $5
  • Guest Pass without a Member: $10

Adult (Ages 15+)

  • Guest Pass with a YMCA Member: $10
