Deep Water Aerobics Drop-in Class


With a focus on core muscles and cardiovascular conditioning, you’ll work your whole body in this water class. Flotation belts are available and basic swim skills are recommended.

This 1/1.5 hour long water fitness workout is located in the pool. All levels are welcome.

Engage in competitive swimming with a goal-oriented emphasis for adults 15+. Swim team participation promotes sportsmanship, self-esteem, self-discipline, self-improvement, and social interaction. This program is free to members.
