Low Impact Cardio: Minimize muscular and joint stress while improving muscular endurance in this low impact class.

Senior Strength

Senior Strength: Work on upper body strength using hand weights, elastic tubing, and other resistance tools are alternated with low impact aerobic choreography.  A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

PreCor® Circuit Strength

PreCor® Circuit Strength: Work on upper body strength using hand weights, elastic tubing, and a medicine ball is alternated with low impact aerobic choreography.  A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises. Movements take place in stationary weight room under a circuit-tyle style workout.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga: This yoga style emphasizes healing the body and mind through use of supported postures. One of the oldest forms of yoga, it's for a person who loves technical intricacies and is also great for people who are new to yoga or have any issues with their health.

Walking Wellness

Walking Wellness: This class is great for beginning fitness or for those who just enjoy walking. Each session includes a warm up, walk, and cool down section.
