INDIVIDUALIZED EXERCISE OPTIONS

FitPath is a free appointment designed specifically for members (age 10 and older) who want a tailored, progressive fitness plan.

Our Health and Well-Being staff will meet with you to discuss your goals to create a program that’s right for you.

Your program can include aquatics, cardio, cycling, group exercise, weight lifting and more.

The coaches will set up your ActivTrax profile and login, ensure you have a program that meets both your interests and your abilities, and track your progress so you can see results.
