Your favorite group exercise classes are continuing online! Classes are available to Y members only, so please continue to make reservations and you'll receive online login information via email the day of your class.

We hope all Y members stay healthy during this time. In order to support the prevention of the spread of COVID-19, the YMCA is shifting operations including only being open for pool activities. Learn more.


Book a time to participate in one of the Y's new group exercise classes! In order to make the full reservation, follow these steps:
  1. Take a look at our new group exercise class list
  2. Choose your Community Center below to view the classes that it offers
  3. Find the class that inspires you
  4. Look for a class date and one-hour timeslot that works for you
  5. Reserve your timeslot. You can reserve one 45-minute timeslot each day per member
  6. Outdoor classes have a maximum capacity of five members and one instructor
  7. Receive confirmation of your reservation!
