Adaptive Tumbling Other



Children with sensory disorders (on the autism spectrum) are taken through basic tumbling skills, play games, and more, in a quiet space.

Beginner Tumbling Registration Required



Children work on developing motor skills, body awareness, hand-eye coordination, and improve their strength and flexibility. Activities include an aerobic warm-up and stretching.

Family Gym Drop-in Class



Families engage in indoor playtime where children and parents interact with each other. Children develop relationships with peers, work on balance and coordination, and get their wiggles out.

Parent/Child Tumbling Drop-in Class



This class emphasizes basic motor skills, listening, and following directions in a class setting. Children will work on their hand-eye coordination, body awareness, and improving their strength and flexibility.
