Pilates Sculpt mat class is designed to enhance your current workout routine. Experience various body sculpting exercises using Pilates resistance techniques created to develop a strong core and more? arms, legs, back, butt, and hips! Class utilizes light weights, BOSU balance trainers, resistance bands, stability balls, and more to develop long, lean muscles with an emphasis on strength, balance, and flexibility. THIS CLASS IS GREAT FOR All levels, including those who are brand new to Pilates.

Yoga Wheel Registration Required

Learn and explore the many benefits of the Yoga Wheel in this guided class. We will learn how to safely backbend, increase flexibility, breathe deeply in the postures, increase blood flow, and learn how to use the wheel to deepen your practice. A traditional Vinyasa flow style will be incorporated. This class is for all levels.
