Pedal and Pulse Drop-in Class



A brand new fusion of our two of our most popular formats - cycling and barre. Pedal your way through 30 minutes of high intensity cardio then hop off the bike and use the handlebars as your ballet barre for core, glutes and toning moves.

Pedaling for Parkinson's Drop-in Class



Pedaling a bicycle can dramatically change the life of someone with Parkinson's disease (PD). Research conducted at the Cleveland Clinic showed that simply pedaling a bicycle at 80-90 revolutions per minute over a period of time could reduce PD symptoms by as much as 35%. This program is available to any YMCA member living with PD wherever the program is offered. There is no additional fee to participate.
