Acting for Teens involves creating and developing characters and stories through movement, gestures, and voice. Youth have the opportunity to use their imagination to act out characters from well-known plays like Annie, Aladdin, and Matilda, while building their improvisational skills, participate in team building activities, and creatively interpreting scripts.

Dance for Musical Theater Registration Required



Ages 6-10

Dance for Musical Theater links choreographed movement with dialogue and lyrics to music. Such movement inhabits the characters being portrayed in the song or play and extends the expression of such language through the choreographed piece. This mixed genre of dance includes styles similar to Jazz and can be found in Broadway productions like Mama Mia, Lion King, Newsies and many more.

Performing Arts Mix Registration Required



Ages 6-10

Performing Arts Mix takes aspects of Musical Theater, Dance, and Acting skills and combines it in one high energy, highly creative and imaginative class. Students in Performing Arts Mix will work on dance typically found in Broadway Musicals, voice exercises and warm-ups, and development of their acting skills. They will experience a mix of all aspects of the performing arts.
