This innovative class for adults combines group discussions and pool time designed to address fear of the water. We’ll discuss how your body naturally interacts with water, tools for remaining calm, and floating skills. You’ll be in a supportive environment with others who share and understand your fear.
For information or to register for any of the groups below visit the Welcome Center of your local YMCA, email Kim Cope, or contact us at 253-460-8916. Find out about other Life University classes at the YMCA.
