Boot Camp Drop-in Class

This fast-paced class focuses on agility, strength, and cardio segments. This class may be offered outside, weather permitting.

ErgFit Rowing Registration Required

ErgFit is all about having fun while improving personal fitness through rowing, while enjoying a small group environment. ErgFit is a full body workout and a great calorie burner. It's like spin class, only with row machines- challenging enough to test your body, but fun enough to keep you coming back each week. Absolutely no prior rowing experience necessary.


H.I.I.T. Drop-in Class

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) combines body resistance, plyometrics, and calisthenics to deliver a 30-45 minute workout that will burn fat and calories. Participants will be pushed into their anaerobic zones for short intervals and aerobic zones for longer intervals and then awarded recovery periods. Modifications will be given.

Muscle Toning Drop-in Class

Condition the total body through strength and endurance exercises using resistance equipment including hand weights, body bars, resistance bands, steps, and resistance balls.

MX4 Small Group Training (Registered) Registration Required

MX4 Small Group Training is a motivating exercise experience that delivers results. The MX4 program utilizes multiple aspects of fitness — cardio, power, strength and endurance for a complete exercise experience. The program can be modified for all ability levels.


Precor Strength Circuit Drop-in Class

Learn the basics of Precor weight machines in this instructor-led class that and participate in optional strength and endurance exercises.

Stroller Fitness Drop-in Class

Bring your baby (and stroller) to this fat burning, muscle sculpting class that consists of a cardio workout followed by intervals of muscle sculpting exercises while staying close to your child.
