Gymnastics

The Morgan Family YMCA offers both recreational gymnastics classes and a competitive gymnastics team. Instructors and Coaches facilitate the development of flexibility, strength, grace, discipline, coordination, goal-orientation, confidence, creativity, leadership, and positive self-esteem.

Following the standards of the USA Gymnastics Xcel Program, Team members have the opportunity to develop confidence, sportsmanship and skill. Participation on the Mercy Gymnastics Team does not require competition involvement. The competition season involves 6 USAG sanctioned meets per season in Washington State. 6-8 hours of training per week.

Progression Guides

Our gymnastics classes are progression-based. It is the responsibility of the parent to register their child for the appropriate level.

Not sure where to start? Drop-In evaluations with an Instructor are available every Friday from 4:00-4:30PM in the Gymnastics Gym.

Please view our  boys gymnastics and  girls gymnastics progression guides to decide what classes are appropriate for your child.
