Invoke Your Inner Athlete
May 27 from 9am-12pm in the Main Gym
Complete the following exercises for time: Run 1 Mile, 100 Pull Ups, 200 Push Ups, 300 Squats and 1 Mile Run. Partition the pull-ups, pushups, and squats as needed! Modifications will be provided and ages 10 and up are welcome. Join us for refreshments and fellowship at the Main Gym.
