Cardio Dance Class
Get your dance shoes on and join us for a fun upbeat drop-in class that combines a great mix of hip hop and zumba dancing, for a great work out for all levels. The class is one and 1/2 hours, but you can join us for all or just part of the class. Start the New Year off right and reach your goals in a friendly and motivating atmosphere. Free to members.
