Youth Martial Arts
- With a strong foundation of traditional values, this class incorporates Taekwondo and Japanese/Okinawan forms. It also trains in areas of self-defense in the arts of Kempo, Jujitsu, and Hapkido.
A Japanese martial art and Olympic sport emphasizing throwing and grapping techniques. Students learn to overcome stronger opponents through efficient use of balance, leverage, and movement.
- A Korean art using hands and feet as a means of practical self-defense is recognized as the national sport of Korea as well as an Olympic sport.
