URGENT: Support needed in 30 minutes or less.

Definition: Has branch or association impact with immediate reponse required.
Examples: Power outage, inclement weather, communicable diseases, facility or area closures

HIGH: Support needed in 1 workday or less.

Definition: Direct impact on organizational goals if not quickly resolved. Has immediate negative impact on the member experience. 
Examples: Online content updates

MEDIUM: Support needed in 3 workdays or less.

Definition: Single material creation or edits. 
Examples: Email campaign, social media post, print material

LOW: Support needed in 7 workdays or less.

Definition: Submitted with advance notice. Low organizational impact. 
Examples: Multiple material project, departmental communication campaign

LAST MINUTE: Support needed in 1-3 workdays.

Definition: Low organizational impact, a result lack of planning.
Examples: Program or event-specific material, unplanned social media content
