LEVEL 2:  SINGLE MATERIAL CREATION OR EDITS.

Examples: Social media post, print material - Support needed in 3 workdays or less

LEVEL 3: DIRECT IMPACT ON ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS IF NOT QUICKLY RESOLVED.

Examples: Online content updates, schedule updates - Support needed in 1 workday or less

LEVEL 4: LOW ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT, A RESULT OF LACK OF PLANNING.

Examples: Program or event-specific material, unplanned social media content - Support not guaranteed
