The Y offers both gymnastics classes and a nationally-ranked YMCA gymnastics team. By invitation only, the competitive gymnastics team follows the standards of USA Gymnastics to develop flexibility, strength, grace, discipline, coordination, goal-orientation, confidence, creativity, leadership, and positive self-esteem.
Our gymnastics classes are progression-based. It is the responsibility of the parent to register their child for the appropriate level. Please consult our gymnastics progression guides.
